Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed once Nautivent has acknowledged your request in writing and the agreed deposit has been received. Until both conditions are met, the booking is provisional.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, a 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the experience, before departure, by the payment method agreed in writing.

Cancellation by the client

  • More than 14 days before the experience: full refund of the deposit, or rescheduling at no cost.
  • Between 14 and 7 days before: 50% of the deposit is refundable.
  • Less than 7 days before: the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation by Nautivent

Should weather, sea conditions, or technical issues with the vessel make the experience unsafe, Nautivent will cancel the booking and offer either a full refund or a rescheduled date at no extra cost.

Late arrival and changes

The experience starts at the agreed time. Late arrival reduces the available time on the water and does not entitle the client to a partial refund or extension. Changes to the itinerary on the day are at the discretion of the captain, prioritising safety.

Behaviour onboard

The captain has full authority over operational decisions. Behaviour that endangers the safety of guests, crew, or the vessel may result in immediate termination of the experience without refund.

Liability

Nautivent operates under license RNATT nº 1144/2024 and carries the legally required insurance. Clients participate in experiences at their own risk and are responsible for declaring any medical condition that may affect their ability to participate safely.
