This privacy policy explains how Nautivent (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data submitted through the website nautivent.pt and through our booking and newsletter forms.

What we collect

When you submit a booking request we collect the name, email, phone number, and message you provide. When you sign up to our newsletter we collect only your email address.

How we use it

Booking information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and operate the experience you book with us. Newsletter emails are used solely to send you occasional updates about Nautivent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

Who we share it with

Your information is processed by trusted service providers under contract with us, currently Resend for transactional and newsletter email delivery. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at booking@nautivent.pt.

Retention

We retain booking-related records for the period required to operate the service and to comply with applicable tax and accounting law. Newsletter contacts are retained until you unsubscribe.
