Cascais to Troia.
A full day south to Arrábida and Troia. Return by road.
The day
We leave Marina de Cascais early and head south — about two hours by sea — to Sesimbra. From there it's the cliffs of Arrábida and the long Troia beaches, where the water is clear and the sand goes for kilometres. Anchor wherever the day calls for, jump in, swim back to the boat.
Lunch onboard or step ashore at a restaurant in Troia or Sesimbra. Eight hours, your pace.
At the end of the day a van meets the group in Setúbal and drives you back to Cascais, saving the long return by sea. Optional dinner at a restaurant in Setúbal can be arranged on request.
